Imran Nadir is the CFO & Director of PharmaWise Labs. He joined the company after working as an investment banker on Wall Street, New York City. Since his joining, the firm expanded at an unprecedented pace, recording a 10-year CAGR of 18% in sales & profitability. PW also expanded its exports to 3 continents, setting up new distribution offices & partnerships.

While on Wall Street, he held a series of positions with the top global financial powerhouses, including JPMorgan Chase & Smith Barney. As a banker, his transaction experience is over US$ 5 billion & covers both financial products & industries.
 
As an analyst, Imran became interested in the law while drafting junk bonds' offering memos with leading law firms like Simpson Thacher. Later, he studied the law as a 1L to understand the crisscrossing of business & law. Since then, he has supervised, prepared & resolved several legal and financial cases related to taxation, banking, contracts and drug laws.

Recently, his banking expertise in leveraged finance, manufacturing & pharmaceuticals, and drug laws were instrumental in accelerated upgrading of PW Labs to its current, state-of-the-art facility.

In his limited time, he offers consultation services to businesses & entrepreneurs seeking out-of-the-box solutions. He also provides pro bono services to clients in the developing world, including Pakistan, preferring challenging projects in finance, contract, & drugs/pharmaceutical laws. His knowledge and experience in pharmaceuticals & business, including their laws and regulations are matchless.
